Generally, we process personal data of our users only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services. The processing of personal data of our users takes place regularly only with the consent of the user. During the processing of personal data, which may be necessary for the completion of a contract to which the person concerned is the contracting party, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations, which are required to carry out pre-contractual actions.
Insofar as processing of personal data is required to fulfill a legal obligation that is subject to our company, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO serves as the legal basis.
In the event that vital interests of the person concerned or any other natural person require the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d DSGVO serves as the legal basis.
If processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or a third party, and if the interests, fundamental rights, and freedoms of the person concerned do not predominate the first mentioned interest, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO serves as a legal basis for processing.

(c) Data deletion and storage period

Personal data of the person concerned will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage does no longer apply. In addition, such storage may be provided by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other regulations to which the controller is subject to. Blocking or deletion of data also takes place when a storage period mandated by the standards mentioned expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for conclusion of a contract or fulfillment of the contract.

Each time our website is accessed our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the computer accessing our system. The following data is collected:

(c) Purpose of the data processing

The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to allow the provision of the website to the computer of the user. Therefore the user's IP address must be kept for the duration of the session.
Storage into log files is done to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, the data is used to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. An evaluation of the data for marketing purposes does not take place in this context.
For these purposes, our legitimate interest lies in the processing of data according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

(d) Duration of storage

The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for the purpose of collecting them. This occurs when collecting the data for providing the website; when the respective session is completed.
When storing the data in log files, the information will be deleted after no more than seven days. An additional storage is possible. When this occurs, the IP addresses of the users are deleted or distorted, so that an assignment of the client accessing the website is no longer possible.

(e) Opposition and removal option

If the e-mail contact aims to conclude a contract, then additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

(c) Purpose of the data processing

Processing of the personal data from the input screen serves only to process the contact. This also includes the required legitimate interest in the processing of the data in case of contact via email.
The other personal data processed during the sending process serve to prevent misuse of the entry form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.

(d) Duration of storage

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for the purpose of its collection. For the personal data from the input form of the contact form and those sent by email; this is the case, when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation has ended, when it can be concluded from circumstances that the relevant issues have been completely resolved.
The additional personal data collected during the sending process will also be deleted when the issues have been completely resolved.

(e) Objection and options of removal

The user has the option at any time to revoke his consent concerning the processing of personal data. If the user contacts us by email, he may object to the storage of his personal data at any time. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued.
The revocation of the consent and the opposition to the storage is made possible by sending an email.
All personal data stored in the course of contacting will be deleted in this case.

 

Use of Social Media

Our website uses direct links to various social networks ("Facebook", "YouTube").

The buttons are marked with the logo of the respective social network. When you visit our website, the corresponding buttons are merely linked so that no data is sent to the social networks without clicking the buttons.
